April 5 is First Friday! If you grew up around here, you will probably remember the miracle ointment, Cumarindine! It was great on burns, cuts, scrapes, stomach ulcers and much, much more! We are proud to help kick off the “re-birth” of Cumarindine so come on down and check it out!
Entertainment for First Friday will be CharACTers and Gadsden State presenting excerpts from “The Civil War” at 2nd and Broad, Trading Faces at 3rd & Broad, the Gadsden State Show Band at BB&T and First United Methodist Church “rock band” at 5th and Broad. There will be lots of great shopping and food from our downtown stores and restaurants and the food vendors will be back in the 400 block!
Broad Street will be closed from 1st to 7th Streets so come on down and enjoy your downtown!
